My name is Hila and I'm a Senior Software Developer @Tikal. I am a software developer for 18 years now, working in both frontends and backends. My vast experience is a result of working on many different technologies , designing systems, building and eventually deploying them out for use. Working so many year in different roles  also improved my troubleshooting and integrative skills. I am also interested in people. I like talking to them,  hearing their opinions and viewpoints and getting to know other ways of thinking. This passion combined with my communication skills lead me to to raise two social projects at my current workplace. the first one matches senior employees to new recruits and the second one heightens the interaction between employees from different groups.
