Knowing how to do stuff is simple, understanding them is a whole different story. For the past 15 years, I've been building my knowledge on how different IT and DevOps components work from the ground up. Building blocks such as objects, moving into items, repositories, metadata gave me a large scale view of how to design and implement different environments in the development and IT worlds. Leading, sharing, designing and understanding are words I'd pick to describe what I love to do the most. After dealing with KM systems I fell in love with data investigation. Building BigData research tools to better understand how things are working, anomaly detection and just trying to make the whole orchestra play together in much better ways. Techs like Jenkins, K8s, Nomad, Docker, Artifactory, Cloud services (GCS, AWS) are steps on the way to truly understand CI/CD and DevOps world.
