My story started with a mission: How can I improve the lives of women in the workplace? I started my journey in tech at the age of 18. From serving in the 8200 Intelligence Unit to working at various startups to earning my Executive MBA, I was used to the isolation and gender bias that comes with being one of the only women in the room. In early 2016, after 14 years in the industry, I decided to finally do something about it. That’s when I founded Joonko. Joonko is on a mission to push real diversity, inclusion and belonging in companies to the next level and improve the lives of people from underrepresented groups for generations to come. Using the power of AI technology, my team and I are on a quest to consciously root out unconscious bias and create a more equitable workplace for all.
